专利说明:
BREAD CUTTING MACHINE The invention relates to a bread slicer for automatically cutting a loaf of bread into individual slices. Bread slicers that are able to cut a loaf of bread automatically into individual slices are known in large numbers. Such a bread slicer can be found, for example, in DE3706485C. In this bread slicer, the usual constructive principle is used, in which the loaf of bread rests with its underside on a substantially flat surface and is gradually advanced at intervals of one slice thickness, while a cutting knife, preferably a rotating circular knife, is passed through the loaf of bread , A similar bread slicer that works on the same principle is described in DE202012009224U. However, this design principle has the disadvantage that a loaf of bread can be easily cut completely into slices; however, cutting off and, above all, removing individual slices causes problems. For this purpose, the operator should be able to stop the cutting process exactly after cutting off the desired number of slices and then to remove the cut slices in an area which is also covered by the cutting tool. For these reasons, the known bread slicers are hardly suitable for uses in which only a predetermined number of slices are to be cut, and this is also to be easily accomplished by inexperienced persons. The known bread slicers are therefore not suitable for sales shops that also want to offer individual slices of bread; and they are in no way suitable for placing on a buffet in the hotel and catering industry. The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a constructive and in terms of its operation safe and simple bread slicer for cutting individual slices from a loaf of bread. The object is achieved by the features specified in claim 1. Due to the inventive, substantially vertically directed feed movement of the loaf of bread under the influence of gravity, the finished sliced bread slices fall under the influence of gravity, so that they can be removed from the cutting tool in a simple and safe manner for the user. Appropriately, a collecting compartment is provided for collecting the separated slices according to claim 2, which enables hygienic storage of the slices. The configuration according to claim 3 ensures that the user can cut several slices one behind the other without further measures, d. H. the loaf of bread is automatically released after the first slice has been cut off, so that it can slide into a position for cutting off the next slice. The structural design, which is preferably suitable for this purpose, is explained in more detail in claims 5-8. Although in principle the cutting tool can also be moved in the direction of the loaf of bread, it is preferred to have the loaf performing the cutting feed movement. For this purpose, the receiving device is designed as a kind of drawer, which is provided with the guide for the vertical movement of the loaf of bread. In the proposed use of the bread slicer according to the invention 1.10 AT 16 532 U1 2019-12-15 Austrian patent office it is furthermore expedient to provide the customer or the user with information about the bread in the bread slicer, for example by providing storage compartments for holding the grains used in the dough and / or for spreading. The invention is explained in more detail below with reference to drawings. Show it: Figure 1: A schematic representation of a bread slicer according to the invention in longitudinal section, [0016] Figure 2: The bread slicer according to Figure 1 in front view, [0017] Figure 3: A top perspective view of the relevant components of the bread slicer according to the invention, [0018 ] Figure 4: A perspective top view from below of relevant parts of the bread slicer according to the invention, and [0019] Figure 5: A perspective view of the clamping device of the bread slicer according to the invention. Figures 1 and 2 show a highly schematic representation of a bread slicer 1 according to the invention with an only indicated housing 2, a receiving device 4 for a loaf of bread 5 and a cutting tool 6, which is preferably designed as a circular knife, which has a substantially vertical axis 6a is set into a rotating cutting movement S by a suitable drive 7. The cutting tool 6 is stationary with respect to the housing 2. In the housing 2, a controller 8 is also provided, which is connected to a control panel 9, which is provided in the usual way with touch or push buttons or the like and possibly a display, via which the user can initiate a cutting process and e.g. can select the number of slices to be cut and their thickness. The housing 2 contains a door 2a, which preferably has a glass insert through which the user can see the loaf of bread 5. In addition, the housing 2 is provided with information devices 10, for example about the type of bread that is ready to be cut, its contents and / or sprinkling materials. This takes place, for example, in the form of individual compartments which are provided with visible glass panes and can be filled with grains or the like. As can also be seen in connection with FIGS. 3 and 4, the receiving device 4 preferably contains a crumb collecting space in the form of a drawer which is delimited by a rear plate 11. The plate 11 is part of a guide 12 which continues upwards essentially vertically, in the exemplary embodiment shown by two guide rods 12a, the vertical extent of which is adapted to the length of the loaf 5 to be cut. On the plate 11 engages a feed drive 13, which is designed here as a linear motor, the spindle 13a is attached to the plate 11 (see also Figure 1). The guide 12 further includes a fixing device 14 which is movably attached to the rods 12a and rests on one end of the vertical loaf of bread 5 and is fastened there for example by a mandrel or by its weight ensures that the loaf of bread 5 in System on the plate 11 and the guides 12a remains. Below the fixing device 14, the lower end of the loaf of bread 5 is in the rest position on a stop 15 (Figure 1), which is designed here as a horizontally oriented plate. The stop 15 can be moved vertically, preferably by a motor, via an adjusting device 15a for setting the desired pane thickness. In the illustrated embodiment, the lower edge of the plate 11 is above the cutting tool 6 and above the stop 15, the stop 15 with the top of the cutting tool 6 determines the thickness of the slices 5a to be cut. Between the cutting tool 6 and the edge of the stop facing the cutting tool 2.10 AT 16 532 U1 2019-12-15 Austrian patent office, a gap 16 is provided through which the disc 5a can pass when the receiving device 4 with the plate 11, the guide rods 12a and the loaf of bread 5 by the motor 13 in a feed movement V horizontally is pulled over the rotating cutting tool 6. The bread slice 5a falls into a suitable collecting device 17, for example in the form of a closed drawer, and can be removed there safely by the user. In addition, the controller 8 can contain a safety circuit which prevents the cutting tool 6 from being put into operation when the drawer 17 and / or the door 2a are open. The loaf of bread 5 is held in contact with the plate 11 and the guide rods 12a by a clamping device 18, which is shown in more detail in Figures 3-5. The clamping device 18 is designed such that it draws the loaf of bread 5 derived from the feed movement V against the guide 12 in the direction of the cutting tool 6, and that it releases the clamping force on the loaf of bread 5 as soon as the loaf of bread is released again by a release movement L. The starting position shown in FIG. 1 moves above the stop 15, so that the loaf of bread 5 can slide along the guide 12 under the influence of gravity by the thickness of the cut disc 5a until it rests on the stop 15, so that a further disc 5a can be cut off , Then the clamping force is applied again as soon as the feed drive 13 pulls the loaf of bread 5 again in the direction of the cutting tool 6. For this purpose, the clamping device 18 has at least one, preferably two clamping pieces 19, which are essentially identical to one another and are arranged in mirror image to one another. For reasons of clarity, only one of these clamping pieces 19 is written below. The clamping pieces 19 are preferably designed as plastic blocks and engage the loaf of bread 5 symmetrically outside the longitudinal center line (see FIG. 3). Each clamping piece 19 is pivotally mounted about a clamping axis 20, which runs essentially vertically and parallel to the plate 11 and is stationary with respect to the plate 11, that is to say it has the same distance to the plate 11 in every position. At the axis 20 opposite end of the clamping piece 19, a bread contact element 21 is provided that is provided with penetrating into the soft crust of a bread but not damaging clamping surfaces 21a. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the element 21 is designed as an adaptation piece, by means of which a good clamping is also possible in the end region of a loaf of bread 5, where the width thereof is greatly and continuously reduced. For this purpose, the element 21 is pivotable about an axis 22 which runs essentially horizontally and is provided with the clamping surfaces 21a at both ends. An actuating rod 24 (FIG. 5) is pivotably articulated between the element 21 and the axis 20 on a second vertical axis 23. The actuating rod 24 is loaded by a tension spring 25 which pulls the clamping piece 19 against the loaf of bread 5 and thus the loaf of bread 5 against the guide 12 when a feed movement V in the direction of the cutting tool 6 is carried out. The clamping piece 19 is pivoted about the axis 20. The tension spring 25 is supported on the plate 11, preferably via a sleeve 25a. After the cutting process, the feed motor 13 moves the receiving device 4 in a release movement L back into the starting position above the support 15, the clamping engagement of the clamping pieces 19 being released. This is done with the aid of a cam control 26, which has a cam lever 26a pivotally connected to the actuating rod 24 and a fixed stop 26b (FIG. 3) which lies in the path of movement of the cam lever 26 during the advancing and releasing movement. If the cam lever 26a abuts the cam 26b, the clamping piece 19 is released from the action of the tension spring 25 via the actuating rod 24, so that the clamping engagement loosens and the loaf of bread 5 executes a feed movement Z downward due to gravity until it rests on the support 15 rests. It remains there until a further feed movement V is started, which pulls the cam lever 26a from cam 26b, so that the tension spring 25 can pull the clamping piece again in the direction of the loaf of bread 5. A stop 26c is provided on the cam lever 26a 3.10 AT 16 532 U1 2019-12-15 Austrian patent office Plate 11 can strike and prevents the cam lever 26a from overturning. To operate the bread slicer 1 according to the invention, a loaf of bread 5 is inserted upright through the open door onto the support 15 and between the open clamping pieces 19. Then the door 2a is closed. The layer thickness is preselected via the control panel 9, the stop 15 being moved by the (motorized) adjusting device 15a to the desired vertical distance from the cutting tool 6. The number of slices to be cut is also selected. The cutting process starts when the feed drive 13 moves the receiving device 4 with bread loaf 5, guide 12 and clamping device 18 in the feed movement V and the cutting tool 6 is brought into a cutting rotation S. As soon as the cam lever 26a releases the action of the tension spring 25, the clamping pieces 19 pivot about the axis 20 into a clamping movement K and press the loaf of bread 5 against the guide 12. The loaf of bread 5 is pulled horizontally over the cutting tool 6, and the bread slice 5a cut thereby falls through the gap 16 into the receiving device 17. If this has happened, the feed drive 13 is reversed and the receiving device 4 moves back over the support 15 in a releasing movement L. As a result, the cam lever 26a strikes the cam 26b, so that Clamping piece 19 is released again from the action of the tension spring 25 and the loaf of bread 5 slides down in a feed movement Z under the influence of gravity until it rests on the support 15. The fixing device 14 follows this movement, for example by sliding down on the rods 12a. In a modification of the described and drawn embodiment, the movement for the feed can be carried out by the cutting tool, for example, while the receiving device 4 is fixed. The drives for the feed and the cutting movement can be selected as desired. The shape and design of the clamping pieces can also be modified according to requirements.
